Production Fees

Please read the following financial commitment carefully and mark your calendar. All production fees are non refundable.

Production Package

$185 per dancer Charged on November 11

The Production Package for 2025 is $185. It is charged on November 11 and covers:

Theatre rental
Theatre technicians
Janitorial services
Backstage supervision
Front of house management and ushers
Show t-shirt
Professional video link
Music editing and production

Costume Fees

$75-$135 per costume Charged on December 11

Dance Costumes for 2025 range from $75-$135 per costume. For example, a dancer enrolled in two classes is charged a minimum of $150 and a maximum of $270. All costume fees are charged on December 11. Costumes purchased after December 11 incur an additional $15 processing fee.

Costume Alterations and/or Exchanges

In December, we ask all parents to stop by the front desk to select a costume size for their child. In the event that a costume size is not selected by parents, Ace will order the size that best correlates to the dancer's measurements. If an exchange is needed and possible, the cost is $15. Any fees associated with costume alterations and/or exchanges are the client's responsibility.

Backstage Parents Receive $75 Credit

Parents who work backstage will receive a $75 credit to their account on file in June following the production. The credit may be used toward tuition and/or store merchandise.
