Ace Dance Academy Faculty

Katie obtained her B.A. in Dance: Choreography & Performance from Saint Mary’s College of California. After graduating, she was invited to join Dana Lawton Dances (DLD). With DLD, she performed in “The Farallonites,” which was a Semi-Finalist at Cannes Film Festival under the category “Best Dance Film.” Katie has also completed artist in residence programs internationally in Cork, Ireland and Bangkok, Thailand. In Cork, Katie trained through the Firkin Crane Centre and premiered her first work entitled “One Way or Another.” In Bangkok, Katie taught at the International School of Bangkok with DLD. Additionally, she led movement workshops and performed at Bangkok Arts & Culture Center. Katie also teaches at Shawl-Anderson Dance Center.
